    Successful graduates will be able to interact with customers, work with multiple communication channels, capture data and organise information, and receive and respond to customer requests.

    Certificate III in Business

    The Certificate III in Business provides learners with a diverse range of skills and knowledge for working in business. students will cover a range of topics to prepare them for a variety of business industry positions such as customer service, data entry operator, general clerk, payroll officer, typist, word processing operator and more. Students will develop the technical skills they need for business, as well as critically important soft skills, like communication and teamwork, that employers seek.

    Successful graduates of the Certificate III in Business will be able to apply a broad range of competencies in varied work contexts, using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They will be able to provide technical advice and support to a team.

    Optional Internships

    ILSC Business College offers optional internships as part of its Diploma and Certificate programs. An internship will help you develop professional work experience in your field of study, and gives you the opportunity to apply newly learned skills in a workplace setting. Take your learning to the next level with an internship!

    Internships taken with the daytime program schedule include 12 Internship days during a 20–25 week program. Internships are scheduled one day per week, and are arranged to accommodate your study schedule.

    Internships taken with the nighttime program schedule include up to 12 weeks of full-time internship during a 30–45 week program. Placements are made after 8–10 weeks of study have been completed.

    Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

French culinary topics are combined with Australian units of competency to create a unique study programme. A Work Integrated Learning (WIL) gives you the chance to use your theoretical knowledge and hone practical skills in a real hospitality workplace. Diplôme de Commis Cuisinier is offered as a six-month intensive study option on-campus followed by a six-month Work Integrated Learning.
