The Certificate II in Customer Contact will prepare you for success in workplaces that are driven by customer relationships. students will learn effective communication skills, how to manage conflict and handle customer complaints, how to work in a team, and how to build product and service knowledge in order to provide relevant information to customers. students will also learn about key technologies used for customer contact, such as contact management systems and online communication software like email, chat software and more.

The Certificate III in Business provides learners with a diverse range of skills and knowledge for working in business. students will cover a range of topics to prepare them for a variety of business industry positions such as customer service, data entry operator, general clerk, payroll officer, typist, word processing operator and more. Optional Internships
ILSC Business College offers optional internships as part of its Diploma and Certificate programs. An internship will help you develop professional work experience in your field of study, and gives you the opportunity to apply newly learned skills in a workplace setting. Take your learning to the next level with an internship!
Internships taken with the daytime program schedule include 12 Internship days during a 20–25 week program. Internships are scheduled one day per week, and are arranged to accommodate your study schedule.
Internships taken with the nighttime program schedule include up to 12 weeks of full-time internship during a 30–45 week program. Placements are made after 8–10 weeks of study have been completed.
